UDI'S GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS

As many of you know, I work for a Food Broker.  Well I have been sitting in meetings all day.  Recently my company has taken on a new client, Udi's - Gluten Free Foods.  To be honest, I just thought it was a health food product.  NOT...there are many people that are gluten intolerant, as I learned today.  They can't go to restaurants or go to the grocery store and just buy anything that looks good.  It can make them physically sick, depressed and have a number of other symptoms.  And, I learned that monitoring a diet for kids with ADD/ADHD with Gluten Free products can help them as well .  After my education session, they let us try some of the products that this company sells.  They are actually really good!  These products are currently being added to Kroger's Bakery Sections.  They have a special rack so all of the products are all together.  If you can't find them there, and want them, ask your Bakery Manager to order them for you.  Some products can be found in Publix in the Frozen Food section and they are sold in Health Food Stores.  You can also go HERE to Udi's Website and get recipes and coupons!  These products taste and look like regular baked goods.  They can be stored on the counter top and are soy free.  They are made in a 100% dedicated gluten free facility and are made with no artificial flavors, colors or synthetic additives.
