WEBSITE FOR COMPARING GROCERY PRICES

Today I was asked about a website where you could go to compare prices of groceries and other items that you may be buying on a weekly basis.  These are really hard to find because everywhere in the country there are different stores.  There were lots of websites that show you how to create a price book of your own - but if you are like me...I don't have time to do it myself.  During my research I found a FREE site called CompareGroceryPrices.Org.  Here you can go and look up Walmart, Target, Publix, Kroger; as well as several other stores.  In shopping you will learn that sales go in cycles.  The average cycle of a sales item is 6-8 weeks.  That means if you find a product that you really like and use alot, when you go shopping you want to buy enough of it to last you for 2 months.  Hope this helps a little.  By the way, did you know that on average that only 8% of coupons are ever used at the store.  When a store sets their prices, they figure in that a coupon might be redeemed for the item.  That means that if you don't use coupons to shop YOU ARE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR AN ITEM TO BEGIN WITH!!!  Be a savy shopper!  Coupons are like CASH in your pocket!  Great Sales + Coupons = $$$ BIG SAVINGS!!
